We collect only what's needed to respond to you and process orders: your name, email, phone number, and any message or shipping details you provide, either through this contact form or when you place an order.

Your contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Order and payment details, when we open ordering, are handled through our payment/checkout provider — we do not store your card details ourselves.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. We may use your email or phone only to respond to your enquiry, confirm an order, or share shipping updates — never for unsolicited marketing unless you've opted in.

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts; both may log standard technical data (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting, not something we access personally.

You can request that we delete any personal data we hold on you at any time by emailing kalaasidhhi@gmail.com.

By browsing or ordering from KalaaSiddhi, you agree to these terms. All product photos, designs, and site content belong to KalaaSiddhi and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or decline an order in cases of suspected fraud or error in listed price.

Because every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, and size between the photo and the piece you receive are normal — not a defect. We try to represent each product as accurately as possible.

We ship both within India and internationally. By placing an international order, you confirm that you're responsible for checking your country's import regulations and for any customs duties or taxes charged on delivery (see our Shipping Policy).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction over any disputes, regardless of the customer's location.

Orders are handmade to order or packed from ready stock and typically ship within 2–4 business days of confirmation. During festive or high-demand periods, this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if so.

Within India: delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via a reliable domestic courier partner. Shipping charges are calculated by our courier based on your location and package weight — this is the genuine courier cost, not a markup on our end — and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

International orders: delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination country and customs processing, which is outside our control. International shipping charges are also calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, and can vary by country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery — these are not included in our shipping charge. Please check your country's import rules before ordering if you're unsure.

Once shipped, we'll share a tracking link where available, for both domestic and international orders.

We package every piece carefully to prevent damage in transit — clay jewelry is delicate, so please open your package gently.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at kalaasiddhi@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with a photo of the item, within:

• 7 days of delivery for orders within India
• 14 days of delivery for international orders

We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed. For international returns, please contact us before sending anything back — return shipping costs and logistics differ by country, and we'll guide you through the best option.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom or made-to-order pieces are also final sale, since they're made specifically for you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item back in its original condition. Any customs duties or import taxes already paid on international orders are non-refundable by us, as these are collected by your country's customs authority, not KalaaSiddhi.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Each piece is handmade from polymer clay and/or fabric, so a little care goes a long way:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other cosmetics — apply these before putting your jewelry on.
• Keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from high heat, which can warp or fade polymer clay over time.
• Polymer clay is durable but not unbreakable — it can chip or crack if dropped on a hard surface. Handle gently.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratching or tangling.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth only — avoid soaking or scrubbing.

Please note: pieces contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old, due to choking hazard. About 98% of people have no skin sensitivity to our materials at all — but skin can react differently from person to person, so if you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend a quick patch test before extended wear, just to be safe. KalaaSiddhi is not liable for damage or discomfort resulting from misuse, water exposure, or wear inconsistent with this care guide.
